This was originally released in 2005 on The Track & Field Organisation.

It was recorded by Timothy Victor and the songs were performed by Steven with help from TV, Joel and Phil Morris (Candidate), Gill Sandell (Emily Barker & The Red Clay Halo), Piney Gir, Micky Roman (The Broken Family Band), Owen Green and Neil Patterson. The cover art is by David Shrigley.

I had some songs that didn't feel right for The Broken Family Band and managed to get some grant funding to spend however I liked, so I asked TV to help me make an album. The recording sessions took place in various houses, and the whole experience was a joy. If something went wrong, we tried to incorporate it into the track. So it's a mess, but I'm very fond of it.

A while after it was released we formed a band called The Singing Adams, with Steven and Tim singing, Howard Monk on drums and Michael Wood on bass.
